
Diane Massey, M.S., Head Counselor. Diane received her Master of Science degree in Higher Education/Post-Secondary Counseling from West Chester University. She is currently employed as the Director of Career Development at Immaculata University. Diane has also passed the National Counselor Examination and is working toward earning her National Certified Counselor credential and to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Christine Allen, M.S. Christine is Coordinator of Career Services at Penn State University Brandywine and has an M.S. in Pastoral Counseling from Neumann University. She performs career counseling on a daily basis using a variety of assessment tools, including the MBTI personality assessment, of which she is a certified practitioner. Christine is the mother of two teens and has been a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church since 1989, having served in a variety of volunteer capacities including Sunday School teacher, VBS director and liturgical dance facilitator.
Lisa Boyle, M.S. Lisa received her M.S. in Higher Education/Postsecondary Counseling from West Chester University, which included practicum experience in both career counseling and academic advising. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Development at Arcadia University and utilizes career assessments in individual counseling on a regular basis. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Resident Director at West Chester University and an Enrollment Management Counselor (admissions/financial aid) at Arcadia. She is a lifelong member of Leverington Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia and is actively involved as a youth leader for grades 6-12.
Sally Collier, MS, NCC. Sally is a Career Counselor at Thomas Jefferson University and has an M.S. in Higher Education Counseling/Student Affairs from West Chester University. Sally is a National Certified Counselor and is working towards the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. She is trained in self-assessment tools for exploratory students and also has specialized knowledge in careers for the health professions.
Suzanne Crump, M.Ed. Sue received her masters in student personnel administration from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Career Counseling, and has a bachelor’s degree in English/Education from Gettysburg College. Previous work experience includes the Director of Career Services at Immaculata College (now University), and Program Administrator for the Greater Philadelphia Teacher Job Fair. She is also a former English teacher in secondary schools. Sue is a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church since 1992 and an elder since 1998.
Debra Frank, M.A. Debra has many years of experience in career counseling. She started as an environmental engineer in Dupont, transitioning into corporate management that included developing and out placing human resources. In 1989 she opened her career counseling business, Career Transitions, completing a master's degree in counseling in 2006 to support her passion to provide career counseling to adults in transition. Debra is a certified Who do you think you are? coach, and has a B.S. in Engineering from Northwestern University, and an M.A. in Counseling from Biblical Seminary.
Douglas W. McPheeters, M.A., M.Div. Doug is a Nationally Certified Counselor with a masters degree in Community/Clinical Counseling and has been in private practice since 2003. As an ordained Presbyterian minister, he has worked with youth and their families in both church ministry and counseling settings for fifteen years. He has extensive experience in premarital and marriage counseling, bereavement and loss, anger management and domestic violence, as well as career counseling. Doug serves the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant part time in the area of pastoral care and visitation.
Judith Gupton Wiley, M. Ed, M.A. Judith is a nationally certified counselor with a Master's Degree in Secondary School Counseling from the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Catholic University of America (with a concentration in Urban Education). Her Bachelor's Degree is in English from Howard University. Judith spent twenty years as a high school guidance counselor in the Christina School District and ten years teaching high school English in the Wilmington/Red Clay School Districts. Additionally, Judith’s professional experience includes work-adjustment counselor and human services director with clients in the vocational rehabilitation population. Judith is a member of Bethany U.A.M.E. Church, where she serves as a communion steward, a member of the senior choir and an active international missionary.
