We in Career Insights for Teens, an interfaith career counseling program for youth, believe that all persons:

• Are created with unique and valuable personal gifts.
• Are called by our Creator to identify their individual gifts and apply them in serving others by choosing careers for which they are well equipped.
• Can, through their religious beliefs and practices, gain insights into how best to apply those gifts to meet the world’s needs.

Therefore, we in CIFT seek to provide career counseling for teenagers by which they can:

• learn more about themselves
• identify their unique personal gifts
• explore careers and vocations in which their gifts might flourish
• make informed decisions regarding what to do after high school so as to realize their potential, live productive and meaningful lives, and make the world a better place for all.
